If you wonder why I have made a statement as such, you would need to listen to my story to appreciate it. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this review would be benefited by working with Debbie Carey from Richardson & Wrench Goulburn like myself.

Goulburn has been a special place to me and my family. A lovely country town where I practised, worked and called home. Had the privilege of dealing with quite a number of real estate professionals across multiple agencies over the years. All of them have been helpful and respectful in dealing with me. Some returned me with satisfactory outcomes. One returned me with astonishing outcomes and exceptional experience.

In regard to this sale, it is an incredible story by itself. Debbie was not even my first choice of marketing agent because I didn’t know her by then. I engaged the agency that I have known for years initially who are very good agents as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a sale. I just didn’t have much hope of selling the property anymore so that it was taken off the market.

My interest of turning over this property was somehow waked up when I heard a similar story from a family friend. The only difference was that they ended up engaging Debbie as their new agent after a failed initial campaign. What surprised me was the fact that the property was sold by Debbie for 20% more than what property was priced for the first time.

I referred myself to Debbie by seeking with some property management needs. What I learned was that Debbie is someone who would always take one step further than what a conventional agent would normally do in looking after your business. I was impressed by her in-depth real estate knowledge and skills even though her agency is one of the youngest in Goulburn This property was sold without even going onto the market. Sometimes I still couldn’t believe this is what Debbie has achieved for us. Nevertheless, after knowing all her Real Estate skills and knowledge, it all makes sense.

Debbie approached us to sell our place as we had it on the private market. From the minute we met them we knew we were in good hands.

Debbie had a great knowledge of the local market and was confident of where our place stood within that market. We had 3 appraisals done and overall Debbie and Brad just stood out with their confidence. They weren't pushy like some of the other real estates we dealt with.
